Yoga Therapy is an individualized session designed to heal your body, mind and spirit.  Your first session will include a detailed evaluation. A typical session uses a combination of discussion, yoga postures, meditation and breathing exercises, tailored for your specific condition and goals. You need not have any experience with yoga to benefit from this healing modality.

If you would like to learn more about the practice of yoga therapy, you can read more at the web site of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
